Management
Rob Masinter
Chief Executive Officer
Rob Masinter is a renewable energy veteran with extensive experience in development, finance, construction, operations, and product management in the energy and technology industries.
As co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO), he is responsible for Redeux Energy’s strategy and execution, including building out a best-in-class, high-performing team. Prior to Redeux, Rob was COO of AES Distributed Energy, where he scaled engineering, procurement, construction and asset management teams and processes to increase annual deployment capacity by a factor of 10. Rob also served as the general manager for AES’ US battery energy storage fleet and as a member of AES’ corporate deal team for renewable acquisitions including sPower. Prior to AES, he led product management and field applications engineering for Advanced Energy’s solar inverter business. Prior to Advanced Energy, Rob co-founded OpTerra Energy Services, an ESCO roll-up backed by Oaktree Capital and eventually sold to ENGIE in 2016. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College, an MS in Earth Science from Stanford University and a BA in Geology from Middlebury College.
Laura Anninos
Director, Human Resources
Laura Anninos is a Human Resource Executive with more than 15 years of experience spanning private and public sectors. She brings a wealth of experience in people leadership and organizational development along with a focus on implementing processes and developing a people-centric culture. As a member of Redeux’s leadership team, Laura is responsible for the development and execution of people strategies, the overall HR function, and process implementation in alignment with a rapid growth trajectory.
Prior to joining Redeux Energy, Laura served as Director of HR, Dietzler Companies, Dietzler Construction and WP Resources. She has held HR leadership roles across Oil and Gas, Retail, and Telecommunications industries. She holds an MBA Degree from Rutgers University, School of Business, along with an active Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification.
Jeff Becker
General Counsel
Jeff Becker is a seasoned executive with over 22 years of experience in the energy industry. Jeff draws upon both in-house and law firm experience as a corporate and transactional attorney in the fields of utility scale renewable energy generation and storage, carbon capture and sequestration, and conventional energy development.
As Redeux’s General Counsel, Jeff is primarily responsible for all legal matters related to the company. He is a member of the senior management team working to advance the company’s strategic goals while effectively minimizing risk. Prior to joining Redeux, Jeff was the Chief Legal Officer of Carbon Capture America, Inc., a vertically integrated developer and operator of carbon capture, utilization, and storage projects. Jeff holds a JD from Tulane Law School, a MSPH in Environmental Management from Tulane University, and an AB in International Relations from Brown University.
Ilan Caplan
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
Ilan Caplan is a seasoned energy executive with over 25 years of industry experience in development, finance, and operations with a particular focus on renewable energy, having executed over 2.0 GW of solar and wind projects representing over $2bn in value.
At Redeux, Ilan is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. He leads a team responsible for project portfolio sales and acquisitions together with related aspects of go-to-market strategy, deal process, and contracting. Additionally, Ilan is leading efforts to establish joint venture relationships with IPPs in selected markets. Before Redeux, Ilan led the US utility-scale solar development efforts of hep Solar, an international developer that acquired the solar development company Ilan co-founded. Ilan has served in key leadership and execution roles in all phases of utility-scale development and finance through complex greenfield and acquisition opportunities for juwi Inc., Compass Energies, Clipper Energy, and GE Energy. Ilan holds a BBA and a Masters in Professional Accounting, both from the University of Texas at Austin.
Christina Derlath
Vice President, Finance
Christina Derlath is a business executive with extensive experience in project finance and tax in the renewable energy industry. Christina is responsible for Redeux Energy’s project finance, tax structuring and business projections. Prior to joining Redeux, she worked in Mergers and Acquisitions at KPMG, leading advisory work for large renewable energy sponsors and developers and providing them with a full suite of M&A services, including acquisition structuring, modeling, due diligence, operational advice and disposition planning. Christina has a strong understanding of the financial and tax technical issues that commonly arise with partnership flip structures. She is a CPA and holds a MAC and BSBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Noah Eckert
Vice President, Development
Noah Eckert is a renewable energy executive who has spent that last 16 years developing and commercializing distributed and utility scale solar and storage applications, totaling nearly $2bn in asset value.
As Vice President of Development, Noah is responsible for leading the origination, development, and execution of Redeux’s project portfolio across the US market. Prior to Redeux, Noah financed approximately 1GW across 35 projects for D.E. Shaw Renewable Investments, Community Energy, BayWa r.e., Canadian Solar, and BP Solar. Noah holds an IMBA and MS Finance from the University of Denver and a BA from Northwestern University.
Garrett Gill
Vice President, Land
Garrett Gill is a renewable energy and utility professional with over 23 years of nationwide experience in the land-related aspects of utility-scale solar, wind, high voltage overhead/underground electric transmission and distribution project development. He brings a depth of experience in right of way land acquisition, GIS mapping, title research, permitting, public outreach, database development, and project controls for regulated and non-regulated electric utilities as well as independent power producers.
As Redeux’s Vice President of Land, Garrett oversees land acquisition for utility-scale solar and storage project development, along with related GIS, title and curative, and program administration. Before joining Redeux, Garrett served as Executive Vice President of the Power Group at Contract Land Staff (CLS), working on a range of projects, from 300GW of early to mid-stage solar and wind development projects to over 6,000 miles of right of way for electric transmission and distribution development. Additionally, Garrett held senior positions with Coates Field Service and TRC.
Prior to pursuing his energy career, Garrett proudly served our country in the U.S. Army for 11 years, with one of his most prestigious assignments being an official escort to the President of the United States in the 3rd U.S. Infantry Presidential Honor Guard.
Jared Ivie
Director, Program Management
Jared Ivie is an experienced program management professional with over a decade of experience in various energy industries, including renewables and oil & gas. As the Senior Manager of Program Management, he is responsible for continuous improvement of Redeux’s stage-gate development process, including tracking the status and risks of the Company’s regional prospecting and project pipeline.
Before joining Redeux, Jared led a team at Xcel Energy to support the development of a 4 GW portfolio of utility scale solar, battery, and wind projects. During his decade with Xcel, he was responsible for continuous improvement initiatives related to project and portfolio management of large capital programs. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
Lea Jensen
Controller
As Controller, Lea Jensen brings a wealth of Finance and Accounting experience to Redeux Energy. Lea will ensure accounting accuracy, efficiency, and provide strong leadership to our core accounting business processes. At Redeux, she is responsible for implementation of best standards pertaining to financial operations, and the establishment, growth, and execution of the internal accounting function.
Prior to joining Redeux, Lea served as Financial Controller and launched the accounting function at Scout Clean Energy. Prior to Scout, she served as Assistant Controller for Commercial Transactions at RES Americas, where she was responsible for all internal and external financial reporting for commercial operations. She has a strong foundation in utility-scale renewable energy that spans development, construction, and asset management.
Lea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno and started her career with Deloitte where she earned her CPA.
Ashley McMacken
Executive Assistant
Ashley McMacken has over a decade of experience supporting and providing leadership to large teams. As the Executive Assistant for Redeux Energy, Ashley will provide administrative support to the CEO and management team. She will also be the office manager for our new Denver HQ location at 600 17th Street.
Prior to joining Redeux Energy, Ashley was the Office Manager for Thoroughbred Management, where she had a unique role supporting many of Thoroughbred’s portfolio companies including Redeux Energy. Prior to Redeux and Thoroughbred, Ashley had a career in the healthcare industry which included managing multiple clinic locations throughout the Denver Metro area.

Milap Shah
Vice President, Engineering
Milap Shah is an experienced renewable energy and utility professional with over 25 years of expertise in engineering, including transmission interconnection, development engineering, execution engineering, procurement, construction support, and operations support. Milap is the Vice President of Engineering at Redeux Energy, where he is responsible for developing the team and processes to execute transmission planning, facility engineering, and permitting functions for renewable projects that enable the growth and quality of the company’s renewable energy project pipeline.
Prior to joining Redeux Energy, Milap worked as the Director of Engineering for EDPR NA, where he successfully scaled EDPR NA’s engineering capabilities to support the design, procurement, construction, and handover to Asset Management of over 8 GW of renewable projects. He also led the Development Engineering team that supported hundreds of projects in the Development pipeline. Throughout 15 years at EDPR NA, he also led technical due diligence for several project acquisitions. Before joining EDPR NA, Milap spent ten years in the transmission planning group of CenterPoint Energy, an investor-owned utility company.
Milap holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
Corporate Development
Andy Hixson
Director, Corporate Development
Andy Hixson is a chemical engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in project finance and development activities in the renewable energy industry, including project acquisitions, contract negotiations, permit applications, engineering due diligence, and pro forma development.
At Redeux, Andy is responsible for utility-scale project development and is an architect of the company’s proprietary development process. Prior to joining Redeux, he served as E3 Consulting’s practice lead for solar and energy storage projects. Andy’s solar PV experience includes the review of more than 9 GW of projects at nearly 500 sites in North America. He has also managed due diligence services for more than 500 MW of standalone battery storage projects and approximately 1 GW of solar + storage projects. Andy has a M.S. in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado at Denver School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Mark Raventós
Vice President, Business Development
As Redeux’s Vice President of Business Development in Denver, Mark focuses on the development and maintenance of M&A origination, JVs and partnerships, cultivating relationships with early-stage developers and project owners that include IPPs, utilities, and infrastructure funds that lead to recurrent transactions.
Mark’s solid track record includes over 17 years of experience at Acciona Energy – a global renewable energy leader – where he was part of its international leadership team. During his time between Madrid, Bangalore, Mexico and Chicago, he successfully developed or acquired over 3GW of wind and solar projects in the Americas, India, and EMEA.
Mark holds a MS in Industrial Engineering from the UPC – Barcelona Tech University, an Executive MBA from EOI Madrid, and has completed the CMI program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Tobias Stockhausen
Senior Analyst, Corporate Development
Tobias Stockhausen is a Mergers & Acquisitions specialist with extensive experience executing a variety of M&A transactions.
As Redeux’s Senior Analyst of Corporate Development, Tobias supports M&A strategy and execution. He is responsible for sell-side and buy-side transactions as well as cultivating relationships with early-stage developers and project owners that include IPPs, utilities and infrastructure funds.
Tobias spent over four years with Houlihan Lokey, an international middle-market boutique investment bank, where he was an Associate in the Consumer, Food and Retail team based in London. He advised on +10 M&A transactions including sell-side, buy-side, auction, bilateral, cross-border, carve-out and bolt-on mandates for clients including private equity firms, multinational corporates and entrepreneurs across a broad range of assets and sub-verticals.
Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Tobias completed multiple finance-related internships including in KPMG’s Finance Advisory team as well as Warth & Klein Grant Thorton’s Corporate Finance & Advisory Services team.
Tobias holds an MSc in Finance from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a BSc in Business Administration from Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Larson Baker
Associate Developer
As an Associate Developer at Redeux, Larson is responsible for supporting the company’s development of high-quality utility-scale solar and battery storage projects.
Prior to his role as an Associate Developer, Larson worked with Redeux as an Energy Market Analyst. His responsibilities included data organization, analysis, and market research on Regional Transmission Operators (RTOs) and utilities across the United States. Before joining Redeux, Larson worked for Industria Partners, where he researched industrial decarbonization, renewable infrastructure, renewable services and climate technology for newsletters and press releases focused on trends and tailwinds in renewable energy markets. Larson attended Colorado College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Environmental Studies.
Shawn Blazer
Senior Manager, Development
Shawn Blazer has worked in renewable energy project development for more than five years, overseeing dozens of assets in various stages of development. As a Senior Manager of Development at Redeux, Shawn is responsible for driving value-adding development activities for the company’s multi-GW utility-scale solar, and battery storage project pipeline, including interconnection studies, permitting, and tax abatement. He is also involved with greenfield prospecting to select target points of interconnection and related land acquisition.
Prior to joining Redeux, Shawn was a project developer at Strata Clean Energy, where he was responsible for a portfolio of early- to late-stage assets in the Southeast, representing over 600MW. Shawn also has extensive experience with project transactions, having played an instrumental role in multiple project sales and financings. Shawn graduated from North Carolina State University with a BS in Environmental Science.
Alex Cook
Senior Manager, Market Strategy
Alex Cook has worked in energy market analytics, consulting, and strategy for over a decade. As Senior Manager of Market Strategy at Redeux, he is responsible for using trends, opportunities, and challenges in U.S. power markets to prioritize project development initiatives and form market entry strategies for both regulated and competitive markets.
Prior to joining Redeux, Alex was an Energy Transition Analytics Leader with GE Vernova, where he built capacity expansion models to create data-driven marketing initiatives in countries with decarbonization goals. Alex also has experience advising independent power producers in M&A transactions and policy advocacy with PA Consulting. He began his career at S&P Global, providing clients with power market forecasts, writing research, and supporting users experience on an interactive data analytics platform.
Alex holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a BA Economics from Ithaca College.
Michael Dennison
Director, Development
Michael Dennison joined Redeux Energy has a seasoned developer with over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. As Director of Development at Redeux, Michael is responsible for leading the development of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, initially focused on the ERCOT market.
Prior to joining Redeux, Michael spent five years at Recurrent Energy where he successfully led the development of several now-operational utility-scale solar projects and grew Recurrent’s pipeline in the MISO region from nascent to over 2 GW of active queue positions including 400 MW of executed power contracts. He also held similar roles prior to Recurrent at E.ON Climate & Renewables and OCI Solar Power. Michael began his career in the energy industry as a consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton where he served clients in the US Air Force and US Army. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
Bianca Idas
Sr. Analyst, BESS Development
Bianca has worked in renewable energy since 2021, supporting companies and clients across the industry. As a Senior Battery Storage Analyst at Redeux, Bianca is responsible for driving the development and implementation of high-quality utility-scale battery storage projects.
Prior to joining Redeux, Bianca held key roles at Baywa r.e., Wood Mackenzie, and AES, where she gained extensive experience in energy markets, renewable project development, and strategic analysis. She holds a BS in Environmental Studies from Florida State University and an MA in Energy, Resources, and Environment from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). In addition to her professional work, Bianca is an avid cyclist and is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices in her personal life.
Reid Melillo
Associate Developer
Reid Melillo has worked in renewable energy for more than three years, supporting companies and clients in all aspects of the industry. As an Associate Developer at Redeux, Reid is responsible for supporting the company’s development of high-quality utility-scale solar and battery storage projects.
Prior to joining Redeux, Reid was an Account Manager at Enverus where he was responsible for managing client relationships and consulting for renewable energy developers, utilities, suppliers, and EPCs in a SaaS based energy market platform. Reid also has extensive experience in energy and economic policy, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement. Reid graduated from the University of Denver with a BA in Economics and a minor in Sustainability, with a focus in Environmental Economics.
Krishan Purvis
Director, Development
Krishan is a clean energy and real estate professional responsible for advancing Redeux’s pipeline of utility-scale solar and storage projects throughout Texas and the Midwest. He brings 10 years of experience in the renewable energy, finance, and real estate development disciplines. He is passionate about sustainable development, economic growth and the built environment.
Most recently, he spent nearly five years leading real estate development projects for Port KC, a large economic development agency in Kansas City, MO where he managed real estate activities for a vibrant, 85-acre master-planned waterfront property in downtown Kansas City. He has experience in public/private financing, financial modeling, bond financing, and complicated projects that require significant public assistance. Prior to this, he spent several years in the renewable energy industry, including with First Solar.
He holds an MBA in Finance from Sam Houston State University and a degree in Sustainability and Renewable Energy from Arizona State University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a licensed realtor in the states of Missouri and Kansas.
Kiran Singh
Analyst, Energy Markets
As an Energy Market Analyst, Kiran Singh supports Redeux’s market strategy team. His responsibilities include data organization, analysis, and market research on Regional Transmission Operators (RTOs) and utilities across the United States. Prior to Redeux, Kiran worked for Lexidyne LLC where he utilized large scale medical databases to develop machine learning models and drive insights in understanding opportunity and strategic decision making for business development in the pharmaceutical space. Kiran attended Colorado College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Economics.
Phil Van Schaack
Director, Development
Phil Van Schaack began his career in the energy industry nearly two decades ago with ACES Power Marketing, where he played a critical role in supporting Electric Cooperatives. His diverse responsibilities ranged from facilitating integration into formalized markets to undertaking roles as both a Power Trader and Natural Gas Trader. In 2015, he transitioned to MISO to take a leadership role in ISO/RTO operations. This included serving as the Manager of Unit Commitment, Dispatch, and Balancing, overseeing MISO’s Enterprise Analytics, and managing the Generator Interconnection team.
Prior to joining Redeux, Phil worked at Strata Clean Energy as a Developer to leverage his first-hand experience with queue reform and promote the growth of renewables beyond the mid-continent. Phil has a BS in Finance from Ball State University and an MBA from Butler University.
Ashley Smith
Director, Development
Ashley Smith is the Director of Development for the WECC Region at Redeux, where she leverages her extensive background in various energy industries, including renewables and oil & gas. With a strong commitment to diversifying the energy market, Ashley leads the development of innovative solar and battery energy storage projects that create significant value for partners and investors. Known for her collaborative approach and dedication to quality, she strives to deliver exceptional projects that benefit both the environment and local communities.
Prior to joining Redeux, Ashley served as Director of Development at Enel North America and Dakota Power Partners, where she played a key role in site acquisition, development strategy and execution, project acquisitions and divestitures, community engagement, and permitting.
Ashley holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina and an MS in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Michigan. She is a licensed Professional Engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional.
Chris Wallace
Director, Storage Development
Dan White
Director, Development
Dan White started his career as an environmental consultant and has spent the last 12 years developing utility-scale solar, wind, and storage projects across several RTOs in the United States. Dan is Director of Development at Redeux and focuses on utility-scale solar and storage project development, including greenfield site identification and control, permitting, interconnection, and securing tax incentives.
Prior to joining Redeux, Dan directed solar and storage greenfield development and project acquisition in National Grid Renewables’ Southeast Region. He also worked at Southern Power Company, a subsidiary of Southern Company, where he developed wind, solar, storage, and natural gas-fired power plants. Dan also has extensive experience conducting due diligence on energy development projects and operating plants for potential acquisition and divestiture. Dan holds a BS in Geology and an MS in Environmental Engineering, both from the University of Alabama.

Younes Abouyaala
Senior Manager, Electrical Engineering
Younes is an experienced renewable energy and high voltage Electrical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in engineering, including transmission interconnection, engineering studies, execution engineering, construction support, and operations support. Prior to joining Redeux Energy, Younes worked as a Senior Lead Technical Expert for EDPR NA, where he managed the detailed design execution and provided construction support for over 4 GW of renewable energy projects. Prior to EDPR, Younes worked as Substation Engineer at Consolidated Edison of New York. Younes holds a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering Power Systems from New York University (NYU) and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New York. As a Senior Manager of Electrical Engineering, Younes is primarily responsible for all electrical engineering related matters for Redeux’s projects.
Robert Barrera
Sr. Power Systems Engineer
Robert has over five years of experience in supporting the renewable energy industry, specializing in power systems engineering and transmission planning. Prior to joining Redeux Energy, Robert worked at Electric Power Engineers (EPE), where he gained expertise in conducting steady-state power flow, short circuit, and dynamic stability studies in the ERCOT region. He later expanded his role to support DISIS cluster studies and led Affected System Studies in the SPP region, contributing to grid planning and interconnection processes.
Before EPE, Robert provided engineering assistance at Bluebonnet Electric Coop and M&S Engineering in South Central Texas. His background spans a range of areas, including power system analysis, power line design, distribution planning, and technical process improvement.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Business from Texas A&M University. In his current role at Redeux Energy, he will collaborate with engineering, development, land, and finance teams to identify and evaluate potential solar and energy storage project sites. Robert will also assist the Technical Services Team in shaping prospecting strategies and performing detailed transmission analysis for projects across various U.S. markets.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, Sandy supports Redeux’s vision of being a best-in-class development platform by leading data integration, automation, and analytics efforts across Redeux’s software and value chain. Prior to joining Redeux, Sandy worked as a Sustainability Consultant where he developed ESG reports and implemented emissions reduction strategies. Sandy also worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst for the Colorado Avalanche and Denver Nuggets where he honed his skills in software administration, data modeling, and computer programming. Sandy holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Economics from Colorado College.
Mike Delloma
Manager, Civil Engineering
Mike Delloma has worked in the renewable energy industry for five years, supporting utility-scale wind and solar projects across the nation. Prior to joining Redeux Energy, Mike worked as a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager with EDP Renewables, where he managed the detailed civil and structural engineering design and provided construction support through the execution of the project. Prior to EDP Renewables, Mike worked as a civil engineering consultant designing master planned communities in the greater Houston, Texas area. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lamar University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. As a Civil Engineering Manager, Mike is responsible for all civil engineering matters for Redeux Energy’s Projects.
Kade Eisen
Junior Project Scheduler
Kade Eisen is a Junior Project Scheduler in the Project Management Office (PMO) at Redeux Energy. He is responsible for ensuring project schedules are accurate and up-to-date with input from regional development leads and cross functional team members. Additionally, Kade supports budget forecasting and data management across the organization.
As a recent graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder’s College of Engineering, Kade has a Bachelor’s of Science in Creative Technology and Design (combined Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science degree) and a certificate in Engineering Leadership Studies. He has also held two project management internships with Brother’s Redevelopment and Seagate Technology. With a background in engineering/project management and an interest in renewable energy, Kade’s passions and career goals brought him to Redeux Energy.
Cory Haynes
Senior Manager, Environmental and Permitting
Cory Haynes has worked in the renewable energy industry for more than five years, supporting utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects nationwide in various stages of development. As the Environmental Permitting Manager at Redeux, Cory is responsible for supporting all aspects of local, state, and federal permitting and compliance for utility-scale projects.
Prior to joining Redeux, Cory was a Project Manager at Jacobs, where he was responsible for the environmental and local permitting for a wide range of renewable projects across multiple regions. Cory has extensive experience with Clean Water Act Section 404 permitting, Endangered Species Act Section 7 & 10 consultation, wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species surveys, and state/local permitting. Cory graduated from the University of Georgia with a BS in Wildlife Sciences.
Justice Napier
Senior Scheduler
As a Senior Scheduler, Justice Napier is focused on enhancing Redeux’s scheduling and project management best practices. Justice brings a strong background in project and portfolio scheduling, and his role entails optimizing the planning, tracking, and reporting of various aspects of the company’s operations, including Redeux’s prospecting and project development process.
Before joining the Redeux team, Justice honed his scheduling skills at the third largest oil refinery in the United States and most recently at Xcel Energy. As a Project Coordinator at Redeux Energy, Rosie’s focus is to facilitate the use of schedules for active projects and prospecting activities. Additionally, her work enables continuous improvement of processes and tools to support the evolving Redeux platform.
Prior to Redeux, Rosie worked on the development operations team for a community solar developer based in Colorado. After helping expand the company’s land opportunities by performing site origination and analysis for viable community solar garden locations, she aided in pushing projects forward via permitting efforts and progress tracking.
Rosie has a Master’s degree in Renewable and Sustainable Energy from the University of Colorado, Boulder. During her time in the Masters of the Environment graduate program, Rosie concentrated on solar development and exploring opportunities for agrivoltaics implementation within the Colorado landscape.

With over a decade of experience in the power and energy industry, Henry Yang is an accomplished professional in planning, power flow studies, strategy development, and negotiations. He has a proven track record of success in directly overseeing utility-scale transmission studies for renewable project development across all major ISOs in the United States.
As the Senior Manager of Transmission Engineering at Redeux, Henry works closely with Redeux’s development team to refine prospecting activities and evaluate interconnection system impacts.
Before joining Redeux, Henry held utility-scale project study roles at various energy development and consulting companies. He also served as a transmission planning engineer at MISO and ATC, and as Senior Project Manager at China Resources. Henry holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering Power Systems from the University of Wisconsin Madison. He is also a certified Project Management Professional.

Holly Ausseil is a land professional with an extensive background in public and private land departments, specializing in GIS. As a Land Analyst, she supports the land leasing and site acquisition for utility scale solar and battery storage through the analysis of land viability, market valuations, and GIS application development and deployment throughout Redeux Energy’s development portfolio.
Prior to Reduex, Holly worked in land departments for various energy companies and the federal government and has also worked as a flight attendant. She holds a graduate certificate in GIS from the University of Denver, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Geography with a minor in Geospatial Science from Sam Houston State University.

Grace Elliott is a land professional with a background in community solar siting. As a Land Compliance Analyst, Grace supports the Land team with data management, document administration, and internal and external title research.
Prior to joining Redeux, Grace was a Land Origination Analyst at PureSky Energy, where she prospected and negotiated solar leases in the Northeast and Midatlantic regions. Grace graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned degrees in Environmental Studies and Public Policy, with a minor in Geography.

Nathan Eubanks is a land professional with over a decade of energy industry experience supporting various stages of energy project development through leasehold acquisition, contract negotiation, land due diligence and management of sub-surface assets. As a Redeux Senior Land Manager, Nathan is responsible for executing the company’s regional land acquisition strategy and process across ERCOT and other targeted markets.
Prior to joining Redeux, Nathan worked as a Landman for Grey Rock Investment Partners, managing its portfolio of non-operated working interest assets and supporting strategic acquisition and divestiture transactions. He also worked as a Vice President at JPMorgan, providing fiduciary oversight of sub-surface assets for its Private Bank clients, and as an independent consultant and project manager working on behalf of E&P clients researching both surface and mineral ownership, acquiring oil and gas leases, curing title, and performing transaction due diligence. Nathan holds a BSBA from the University of Denver.

Rachel Fanch is a land and GIS professional with a background in conservation, and carbon capture and sequestration (“CCS”). As Manager of Land Acquisition, Rachel’s primary responsibility is to execute Redeux’s land acquisition strategy by engaging and educating landowners on utility scale solar and storage development
Prior to joining Redeux, Rachel was an Associate Landman at Carbon America, responsible for acquiring pore space and ROW agreements for CCS projects in Colorado and Nebraska. Early in her career, she worked on the stewardship team of a land trust where she monitored easements and conferred with landowners. Rachel holds a graduate certificate in Energy and Sustainability from University of Denver, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, Environment and Sustainability from the University of British Columbia.

Prior to Redeux, Gabrielle worked at Cimarex Energy as a GIS analyst and land technician for their new ventures division where she assisted with the lease management and mapping in the search for new energy plays. She has also worked on multiple wildlife mapping projects. She holds a Master of Science in GIS from the University of Denver along with a Bachelor of Art in Anthropology from the University of Colorado. She has also earned a Petroleum Land Management certificate from the University of Houston.

Logan Hance is a seasoned land professional, bringing over 8 years of experience in real estate finance, negotiations, and surface land issues relevant to energy development and operations throughout the Southeast. As Manager of Land Acquisition at Redeux, Logan is responsible for nurturing landowner relationships, regional prospecting to identify site control opportunities, as well as executing the company’s land acquisition strategies for utility scale solar and storage project development.
Before joining Redeux’s Land Management Team, Logan worked as an independent consultant for Redeux Energy, representing valuable expertise in performing surface leasing/title, due diligence, and solar site acquisition. Early in his career Logan was a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, servicing the needs of residential mortgagors throughout Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He is a graduate of The University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

Prior to joining the Redeux team, Rick co-founded GreenShell Energy, Corp., a full-service land services brokerage headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Matt Trice is a land professional with over 10 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining Redeux, Matt worked for some of the energy industry’s largest and most innovative companies, including Nextera Energy, sPower, and AES, where he led a team involved in leasing and acquisition endeavors that extended throughout the entire East Coast and into the Midwest. Earlier in his career, Matt worked as an independent consultant for organizations such as Chesapeake Energy and Energy Transfer, performing duties that included mineral leasing/title, surface leasing/title, due diligence, title curative, site acquisition, and project management in oil and gas. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawai’i.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Wiley worked land consulting on projects in Louisiana and Texas through his LLC, Wiley Energy. Additionally, he served as the Vice President of Land for WildFire Energy, LLC where he helped execute and integrate numerous transactions and managed land requirements for the development schedule. Mr. Wiley also previously worked as Senior Landman for both WildHorse Resource Development, LLC (NYSE:WRD) and PetroMax Operating Company, LLC. Mr. Wiley began his career working as a Field Landman and Crew Chief for XTO Energy, Inc. Cooper holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Vermont, specializing in Economics and Global Business. During his time there, he was actively involved in several clubs and internships, including serving as Vice-President of the Finance & Investment Club and working as a Financial Advisor for Cornerstone Capital.

Beckett Senter brings Redeux Energy Partners LLC more than 15 years of experience as an attorney both in house and in private practice. Beckett has professional experience in all aspects of corporate and transactional work including entity formation and structuring, project development, financing, and the purchase and sale of distributed generation, community solar and standalone energy storage projects.
As Senior Counsel for Redeux, Beckett is responsible for advising the company on myriad legal matters, with a particular focus on real property acquisitions and leasing, title curative, development and permitting related issues. Prior to joining Redeux, Beckett was a partner in a boutique renewable energy law firm, representing clients in the ISO-NE, NYISO, PJM and MISO markets regarding all aspects of DG scale project development, finance, land use, regulatory compliance, offtake, and M&A. Beckett holds a JD from the University of Colorado School of Law, and degrees in Political Science and English from the University of Washington.

Jack Thompson is a Manager of Finance with a background in both corporate and project finance. As a key member of the finance team, he is responsible for developing financial models and analysis for a variety of Redeux’s renewable energy projects and plays a key role in maintaining Redeux’s corporate financial projections.
Before Redeux, Jack worked in Project Finance at Catalyze, mainly focused on M&A transactions in the renewable energy industry. Jack gained experience in tax equity and debt structures through commercial and industrial project level financing. Jack holds an MBA with a specialization in Corporate Sustainability through Colorado State University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.

W. Aaron Bowlds co-founded Thoroughbred Holdings, a holding company backed by Yorktown Energy Partners to own, operate and invest in energy, energy infrastructure and natural resources assets. He has served as a board member since 2015 and as managing director since 2016. He served as executive vice president of Terminal Holdings LLC from 2016 through its successful exit in 2018 to a consortium led by Tallgrass Energy. He is also founder and managing director of Zydeco Holdings, – which is redeveloping the site of the Willow Glen Terminal, a 2.2 million barrel multi-modal liquids terminal, on the Mississippi River. In 2020, he founded Redeux Energy.
Mr. Bowlds previously served as head of corporate development and general counsel for a global technology company backed by Blackstone, senior counsel at Level 3 Communications and held numerous executive and director roles in multiple industries, with deep experience in operations, M&A, public and private financing transactions and distressed investing. Mr. Wesley previously developed the RAM Terminal site in Louisiana and served on its board until its successful exit to a consortium led by Tallgrass Energy. Prior roles include serving as chief planning and commercial officer of Ramaco Resources, and senior counsel at Level 3 Communications, where he was responsible for the operation and ultimate disposition of the company’s coal mining operations. He began his level career at the law firms of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld and Strasburger & Price, focusing on international energy transactions.
